Services

Addario's Plumbing Services provides residential and commercial plumbing services in Massachusetts. Our services include but are not limited to drain cleaning, water heater repair and installation, pipe repair, emergency plumbing, and general plumbing maintenance.

Service Appointments

• We will make every effort to arrive at the scheduled appointment time. However, due to the nature of plumbing work, delays may occasionally occur.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
• An adult (18 years or older) must be present during service appointments.

Pricing and Payment

• We provide upfront pricing before work begins whenever possible.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made.
• We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
• Additional work discovered during service will be discussed and approved by you before proceeding.

Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be provided at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment may also apply and will be explained when applicable.

Limitation of Liability

Addario's Plumbing Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

Property Access

By scheduling service, you grant our technicians permission to access the areas of your property necessary to perform the requested services. We will treat your property with respect and care.
